Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 20, 2025

At Throw Back Charters, LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to be fair and flexible while respecting the time and resources required to prepare for each charter. Please review our policy below:

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled charter will receive a full refund minus the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled charter will not be refunded but will receive a credit equal to the amount paid (minus the deposit).

Credit Policy

• Local customers may use the credit toward a future booking within 12 months of the original charter date.

• Out-of-town guests may request a refund in place of credit. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
